I'm new to yoga, is this right for me?
The classes are designed at an open level, meaning that they can be done by complete beginners or more experienced yoga practitioners. Different options are provided for easier or more challenging postures in each class, depending on your experience level and your own personal body. What is the focus each day?
Day 1: Shoulders
Day 2: Core
Day 3: Spine
Day 4: Hips
Day 5: Hamstrings
Day 6: Feet
Day 7: Breath & Balance Meditation
How long is each class?
Classes range from 25 minutes to 40 minutes - short enough to fit into your day, and long enough so that you'll really feel the benefits.
How long will I be able to access the classes for?
The classes will be available for 6 months, so you can take your time working through them or repeat your favourites whenever you like.
