Yoga Flow for Better Sleep
Connect to some gorgeous calming energy with this relaxing yoga class. You don't need any previous experience or any special equipment. To help you feel extra cosy and supported, you might want to have a pillow or cushion, and a blanket near by - this is entirely optional. You can also use your Sweet Dreams pulse point roller as part of this practice. Set up a nice calm space, press play and relax...
Bedtime Breathing Exercise
This guided breathing session can be done lying down in your bed, or wherever you'd like to drift off. Lie back, relax and enjoy...

I'm Alice, self confessed over-thinker, yoga-obssessor and anxious-thought-haver. I've had some ups and downs with mental health over the past few years, and seen how much it can not only affect individuals but the people around us too.
Daily acts of self care are so important, but can often be most difficult when you're not feeling yourself. I wanted to create a space where people could take small steps to support their wellbeing, whether that's through a self-love focused yoga class, a calming meditation, or simply starting a conversation about how they feel.

Alice's yoga journey started in 2016 after attending a corporate yoga class, and has since become an integral part of daily self-care. Qualified in 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training from Yoga Union Bali (Yoga Alliance Accredited), Alice is also experienced in meditation and can tailor the class to beginners or intermediate experience levels.
Alice's classes focus on the anatomy of the body to help you build strength, mobility and flexibility, as well as supporting mental wellbeing by taking time out of the day to focus on moving, flowing and breathing together.
