Feet Class

Welcome to your Feet Focused Yoga Class!


Please note, by taking part in these yoga classes you agree that, as is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. For this 30 minute practice, you will need:

Blocks, cushions or blankets - whatever you have nearby.
This flow includes plank as an option - you can always skip this, bring your knees down to the mat or take a forearm plank instead - listen to what your body needs today. Part of this flow also includes a foot massage, so you may want to use essential oils or moisturiser here to help you unwind.
