7 Day Meditation Challenge
Welcome to your 7 Day Meditation Challenge!
In today's meditation, we're focusing on the connection to our breath. Take a comfortable seated position and press play!
In today's meditation, we're focusing on a mindful body scan. Get comfortable in a seated position or lying down and press play!
In today's meditation, we're focusing on a technique called noting. By noting thoughts and feelings, this can help to create space between ourselves and the thought or ourselves and the feeling, so that we can look at things a little more objectively and let go of the things we don't need.
In today's meditation, we're focusing on gratitude using a technique known as Heart Activation Breathing. Get comfy and press play!
Take a journey through the 5 senses in today's guided meditation...
Find some inner peace and calm with today's guided mantra meditation.
Choose your own personal mantra for today's meditation! Mantras often work best when you choose something which feels personal and really resonates with you. Here are some suggestions for mantras, but know that this is about YOUR journey, so you can change and adapt these mantras or come up with something completely different which feels right for you.
I am at peace as I am
I accept myself exactly as I am
I create my own path and walk it with joy
I am enough
I am worthy of love
I forgive myself for my mistakes and I grow from them
I love myself unconditionally
My heart is filled with joy and gratitude
I love, I am loved
Choose your mantra and press play...

I'm Alice, self confessed over-thinker, yoga-obssessor and anxious-thought-haver. I've had some ups and downs with mental health over the past few years, and seen how much it can not only affect individuals but the people around us too.
Daily acts of self care are so important, but can often be most difficult when you're not feeling yourself. I wanted to create a space where people could take small steps to support their wellbeing, whether that's through a self-love focused yoga class, a calming meditation, or simply starting a conversation about how they feel.
