Enjoy a 1 to 1 personal yoga class, entirely tailored to you!
Each class is 45 minutes, and will be planned to suit your needs.
Classes will be run over Zoom so they can be done from the comfort of your own home. Availability is limited and classes will be scheduled on weekdays, at a time to suit you.
The class will be lead by My Self-Care Edit founder Alice. Alice's yoga journey started 5 years ago after attending a corporate class, and has become an integral part of daily self-care. With over 500 hours of yoga teacher training, including MOGA Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training, Alice can tailor the class to your pregnancy stage, experience level and preferred focus.
These private prenatal yoga classes are perfect if you are looking to:

- connect to your body and bond with your baby
- take some valuable Me Time
- learn breathing techniques and movements to support you in pregnancy and labour
