Enjoy a 1 to 1 private yoga class, entirely tailored to you!
Each class is 45 minutes, and will be planned to suit your needs. Want to stretch out those shoulders after a day at the desk? Looking for something fiery or relaxing? A particular pose you'd love to master? Whatever you're looking for, each class will be designed entirely around you.
Classes will be run over Zoom so they can be done from the comfort of your own home. Availability is limited and classes will be scheduled on weekdays, at a time to suit you.
The class will be lead by My Self-Care Edit founder Alice. Alice's yoga journey started 5 years ago after attending a corporate class, and has become an integral part of daily self-care. Qualified in 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training from Yoga Union Bali (Yoga Alliance Accredited), Alice is also experienced in meditation (150 Hour Meditation Teacher Diploma, Centre of Excellence & CPD Accredited) and can tailor the class to beginners or intermediate experience levels.
