I have teamed up with some incredible yoga, meditation and movement teachers to bring you 15 days of activities to support your mental health.
Each day from 1st December to 15th December, we're inviting you to take 15 minutes or less out of your day for a yoga, meditation, breathwork or self-care session led by our team of experts. Join us here.

Why 15 days?
1 in 15 people attempt suicide over the course of their lifetime - we're hoping to raise awareness of mental health struggles and raise money for Mind, to fund the amazing work they do to provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem.

Just £8 could help Mind answer another enquiry on their Infoline and provide support when someone needs it the most.
A donation of £20 could help 167 people take their first steps in getting mental health support through Mind's booklets.
£40 could help keep Mind's supportive online community, Side by Side, open for another hour, helping people connect with others and feel less alone.
